You've got enough on your plate, let me handle the rest. I will help you plan and execute any bridal or wedding events from start to finish. Whether that is your engagement party, bridal party, rehearsal dinner, etc. I'll be there to support you throughout the process so you can fully focus on your big day.
Please keep in mind, this is not for full wedding planning; as at the moment I do not have the resources to fully invest into you. However, Day of Coordination is still an offered service - I encourage you to take full advantage of what I am able to help with to execute your day!

Vision & Design
Concept Development - We will work together to define the overall vision, theme, and aesthetic for all events (engagement party, shower, rehearsal, etc.).
Detailed Event Design - Create mood boards, color palettes, and detailed floor plans. Coordinate the overall look with the all related vendors for your event.

Budget & Finance
Budget Management - Develop, manage, and track a comprehensive budget from start to finish, guiding you and ensuring you don't overspend.
Contract Negotiation - Review all vendor contracts to ensure fair pricing and clear deliverables.
Logistics & Vendors
Vendor Sourcing & Booking - Research and vet all necessary vendors as necessary to ensure they are the best fit for you and your budget.
Project Timeline - Create a master timeline; setting deadlines for major decisions .
Guest Management - Manage guest lists and track RSVPs as needed.
Day-Of Execution
Full Event Management - Be present for and oversee the event, manage the timeline, and direct all vendors.
Problem Resolution - Act as the sole point of contact for all issues or emergencies on the day of the event.
