I'll be the main point of contact for all your hired vendors (photographer, DJ, caterer, florist, etc.) on the wedding day. Confirm arrival times, direct setup, and make sure every vendor fulfills their contract.

I'll help create and manage a detailed timeline for the entire day, ensuring the ceremony starts on time, the dinner is served promptly, and all key events happen on schedule.

Problem Solving

If an unexpected issue arises—like a vendor running late, a decor element breaking, or a missing item— I'll be there to handle it so you can enjoy your day in peace.

Ceremony & Rehearsal

I'll run the wedding rehearsal and coordinate the processional on the day, making sure the bridal party is lined up correctly and cued to walk down the aisle at the right moment.

Setup & Breakdown

I'll oversee the setup of personal items and decor and help ensure everything is packed up and collected at the end of the night.
