Vendor Management

I will begin help you source and book any vendors you haven't secured yet. Ensuring that we are sticking to your budget and reviewing contracts to ensure deliverables. As well as introducing myself to your vendors as the main point of contact, check on outstanding details, and ensure everyone is aligned on the timeline and scope.

Design & Vision

We will help translate your vision into a cohesive design plan, create a detailed mood board, color palette, and general event flow concept. Finalizing your aesthetic choices so we can ensure any important action items are executed in a timely manner. I will help secure specialty rentals like furniture, linens, and lighting for specific execution details like your floor plans, table displays, and rental lists.

Budget and Logistics Set-Up

I'll review your current spending, adjust the remaining budget, and help allocate funds for the vendors you still need to book to ensure you stay on track. As well, I'll confirm with you the final guest list and start to build a detailed master checklist and vendor payment schedule. I'll also focus on securing room blocks, arranging transportation for guests (shuttles), and starting to plan and manage the details for the rehearsal dinner.​​

 

Logistic Finalization

We will conduct a final site visit/meeting together with any key vendors to confirm floor plans, rain plans, and logistical flow. Along with building a day-of schedule for you and your entire wedding party, and all vendors to follow. I'll help finalize RSVPs, seating arrangements; tracking meal choices as required and finalize the seating chart. A week or so prior to the wedding, I'll also begin to take possession of and organize all personal and decorative items like favors, place cards, and signage for setup on the day.

Ceremony Management and Final Preparations

Prior to the day you and your wedding party and any important persons involved, including the officiant, will meet for the ceremony rehearsal which I will lead and direct, ensuring everyone knows when and where to walk, stand, and exit. I'll also begin to help collect and organize all final vendor payments and tips you have to complete into clearly labeled envelopes for discreet distribution.

The Wedding Day

I'll serve as the sole point of contact for everyone, overseeing setup, managing the timeline, handling all vendor questions, and directing all ceremony and reception flow. I'll also manage and resolve any last-minute issues like a late vendor, a misplaced item, an unexpected guest so as to ensure your day is completely stress free. As the night ends, I'll oversee vendor load-out and breakdown, ensure all your personal items, cards, and gifts are collected and accounted for, and safely delivered to the correct person or location so you can complete your day without any worry.
